Leadership Academy Presenter, Cathy LeCompte
Cathy LeCompte has been the Campus Director for the UAS Ketchikan campus since July 2005. Prior to coming to Alaska she was 10 years in the non profit sector as the Executive Director of the United Way of Grays Harbor, WA. She has owned her own consulting business since 1995 and specializes in volunteer and board development training, strategic planning facilitation, and fund development planning and implementation. She has a BS in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Executive Not for Profit Leadership and is currently working on her PhD in Education. For fun and to maintain balance she teaches yoga, gets into the woods on hiking excursions and spends time on her boat dragging dead herring around the Tongass Narrows.
